Sean Wilder,President / Chief Executive Officer
Sean is the Principal and Founder of Sycamore Property Management with over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate development and real estate management. Sean oversees all aspects of Sycamore’s operations and assets under management. With direct reports from each executive Sean takes a hands-on approach with every asset that Sycamore manages. Prior to founding Sycamore Property Management, Sean founded Wilder & Chavez, Real Estate Development, where he is currently a Principal. Wilder & Chavez is a real estate development firm that specializes in the acquisition and re-development of multi-family residential real estate assets. Sean has a B.A. from Boston College and earned his Masters in Buisiness Administration from the Boston University Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Real Estate Management.
Rob Rudnick, Chief Financial Officer
Rob is responsible for financial oversight, control, and reporting at Sycamore Property Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and real estate banking industry involving more than $5 billion worth of commercial property. Prior to joining Sycamore Property Management, Rob worked at Boston Private Bank & Trust Company as a commercial real estate lender. He was then promoted to be responsible for management reporting on the Bank’s entire commercial loan portfolio with emphasis on maintaining superior asset quality, promoting proactive portfolio management strategies, and supporting growth and profitability aligned with the Bank’s corporate strategy. Rob has a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Connecticut and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Boston University Questrom School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate Management.
Matthew Nolan, Vice President
Matthew joins Sycamore with 18+ years of experience working with dedicated team members who strive for excellence every day in a dynamic business environment. He was instrumental in establishing one of the worlds most respected high line exotic and classic car dealerships here in Boston. He’s held every position and has maintained one of the industry’s highest customer satisfaction ratings during his time in the business. He comes to Sycamore with knowledge and perspective of success through a network of people from all walks of life and all locations around the world. He is dedicated to the success of all the team members no matter what their role may be. His drive for growth through the development of the team is the key to Sycamore’s future success.
Jennifer Donnaruma, SeniorProperty Manager
Jennifer joined Sycamore Property Management in 2015 as a Property Manager at Dennison Bishop Apartments in Framingham, MA. Jen’s previous experience comes from a diverse background, serving as Building Supervisor with Stuart Family Trust, Director of Accounting with the Criminal History Systems Board, and Member Services Representative for the Everett Credit Union.
Jason Donnaruma, Property Manager
Jason joined Sycamore in July of 2015. With over 10 years of experience in the field as a Facilities Engineer, Jason is able to leverage his maintenance background in his role as Property Manager. Jason’s strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively with residents enables him to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. He was promoted In February of 2017 to Property Manager at our Dennison Bishop property in Framingham MA, where he oversees the daily operation of the community.
